As the President and Founding Partner of Rodas McKnight Constructors Inc. (RMC), Luis brings over two decades of leadership in the construction industry, driving the company’s growth through clear vision, hands-on management, and a commitment to excellence.
With a strong foundation in construction management, Luis co-founded RMC with a vision to deliver reliable, high-quality general contracting services across Ontario’s Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) sectors.
As a visionary industry leader, Luis’ innovative strategies propel the company’s growth. Luis is also deeply involved in the strategic planning and execution of RMC’s projects, ensuring that every build reflects the company’s core values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Under his leadership, RMC has successfully completed over 100 projects for clients such as Infrastructure Ontario, Colliers Project Leaders, BGIS, the CBC, Yorkville University, and various Private clients, consistently earning a reputation for delivering complex, multi-phase renovations and new construction in active, occupied environments.
